Pura Vida, a popular fast casual restaurant that began in Miami, is eyeing Hoboken as the city for their first New Jersey location.
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream opened its Hoboken location earlier this week at 537 Washington St.
A new smoothie, acai and juice spot is coming. The signage is up for Pure Green in the spot Unibread used to occupy at 519 Washington Street. The exact opening date has yet to be announced.
